2. What data we collect and why

Visiting our website

When you visit our website, our server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you open, the referring website, and your browser and operating system. We use this data to deliver the website, to keep it secure and stable, and to understand which pages are useful to our visitors. Our website is built with Odoo. Odoo records page visits as anonymous visitor records (for example country, language and visited pages). These records are linked to your name only if you later contact us or log in.

Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp

When you send us a message through our contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, phone number, company, subject and message) is stored as a lead in our Odoo CRM system. We use it only to answer your request, to prepare an offer and to stay in contact with you about your project. The same applies when you contact us by email or phone.

Our website contains a link to WhatsApp. If you click it, WhatsApp opens and you contact us through a service operated by WhatsApp (Meta). WhatsApp then processes your data under its own privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive information through WhatsApp.

Job applications

When you apply for a job on our careers page, the data you send (name, contact details, CV and other documents) is stored in our Odoo Recruitment application. Only the people involved in the hiring process can see it. We use it only to assess your application and to contact you about it.

Customers and projects

If you become our customer, we process the contact and contract data needed to deliver our services, to issue invoices and to meet our legal obligations.

3. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies keep your session working (for example while you fill in a form or are logged in) and protect the website against abuse.
• Preference cookies remember choices such as your language (English, German or Arabic) and your answer to the cookie banner.
• Statistics cookies help us see how visitors use the website, so that we can improve it.

Google Fonts

Our website contains simple links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. No data is sent to these platforms when you only view our website. Data is sent only when you click a link and open the platform. From that moment, the privacy policy of the platform applies.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when this is necessary:

Our team works from Egypt and our customers are located in several countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside your home country. In these cases, we take appropriate measures to protect it.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact requests are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless a business relationship results from them. Job applications are deleted after the hiring process is finished, unless you agree that we keep them for future positions. Data that we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons is stored for the period required by law.

Depending on the law that applies to you (for example the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to:

• get information about the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it,
• have incorrect data corrected,
